It is interesting how good ideas usually come when you have a real business problem.
Today I was working on a project for a customer. This is about AMODIT workflow system. One of the features it has is receiving and sending emails. This functionality was working for some time for some clients without a problem.
Today we realised that when you send an email it is useful to send the whole case in email with form, attachments etc. It is quite simple and now seems to be obvious but we didn't think about it before and none of customers needed it...
